Purpose of The Website Training Workshop
My goal for you to achieve from this workshop is to create and publish your own search engine-friendly web page to your own domain, to your own server, by the end of the workshop.
This will give you the knowledge and understanding to create more web pages, and more websites, on your own.
During the workshop, you will be creating and publishing your own website.
I have sifted through all the 'garbage' available out there, and what I will teach is the absolute essentials, and the best resources, for you to be able to publish your site on the internet, and know enough to continue.
During the workshop, my computer screen will be visible to you so that you can see exactly what I am doing, and duplicate it yourself on your laptop at the same time.
You will receive hands-on, personal one-on-one assistance throughout the workshop.
I will be creating a new website at the same time as you are, so we will all start at Step One and continue right through to publishing it to the internet.

This event is fully catered with coffee and tea, bottled water, lunch, morning and afternoon teas, plus a notebook and pen.
You will need :
- Laptop computer with wireless access
- Basic computer skills
- Time during the week between the two weekends to do around 12 hours of assignments, compiling the content for your website. All instructions for this will be given on Day 1 of the workshop.
- Domain name and hosting account (these will be determined after the website planning and keyword research, and before the workshop) Cost - approximately $120

Once you have created and published one website, you can create as many more as you like!
